21 March - Tetbury Town 0 – 4 Bemerton Harlequins

Tetbury played some really good football from the start of the game, but unfortunately were not able to compete on the same level physically. Bemerton were 2-0 up at half time and probably deserved the lead. Tetbury didn’t give and worked hard to get the ball back before stringing together 3,4,5 passes to move up the pitch but they just couldn't get their shots past Bemerton's 6' 6” goalie. The attitude of the Tetbury players was excellent, with every player trying their best to get the ball back and when they had the ball to play good passing football. Man of the match was Alex Bryce and the Manager’s award went to James Warner.

28 February - Tetbury Town 0 – 5 Highworth Town Juniors

Despite playing good football for the entire game, Tetbury Town’s U15 squad feel they are just not getting the breaks at the moment. Highworth's first goal went in off the far post and their third goal came after Tetbury got slightly out of position at the back, allowing a through ball to travel past three Tetbury players and then be knocked past the advancing keeper and into the net. Tetbury refused to give up and worked hard all game to get the ball back. They strung passes together all the way up the pitch only to see the final ball either cut out or a bit strong. The shots they did get away didn't trouble the Highworth goalie. None the less, the attitude of the Tetbury players was excellent, with everyone trying their best to get the ball and play good passing football. Man of the match was Ant Hillman, while Harry Stoker picked up the Manager’s Award.

14 February - Tetbury Town 1 – 5 Cirencester

The old saying that football is a game of two halves was certainly true of this game, which saw Tetbury Town allowing Cirencester to play football in the first half and take full advantage of the situation. Cirencester passed the ball quickly and scored their goals accurately, giving them a strong lead at half time.

In the second half, Tetbury came out and hassled Cirencester all over the pitch. Once they won the ball they played some fine football and by increasing the pressure they were able to generate some half chances. Their goal finally came when Ryan Brushneen bravely got on a through ball to knock it past the advancing keeper. Tetbury were a different side and everyone played so well that picking Manager’s Award winners proved extremely difficult. In the end Gareth Davies awarded them to two players - Dan Pulley and Joe Hemming.

17 January - Ferndale Rodbourne 6 - 0 Tetbury Town

Tetbury worked hard all over the pitch to keep Ferndale at bay and played some good football when they were in possession. Ferndale scored their first goal 15 minutes away from the half time break, but then went on to quickly score two more. The second half played out in much the same manner as the first. Tetbury never gave up but unfortunately they were not able match Ferndale with the ball, or their incongruous style off the ball. Tetbury’s Man of the Match was Forbes Allen while the Manager's Award went to Ryan Brushneen.

11 October - Cirencester Town 3 - 2 Tetbury Town

A ten minute lapse in concentration was to prove Tetbury U15’s downfall in their away game against Cirencester Town’s U15’s on Sunday. Tetbury initially took the lead with a well taken goal from Jamie Warner, who chested down a diagonal pass to slot the ball across the keeper and in at the far post. Cirencester came at Tetbury for the rest of the first half but Tetbury held strong with some fair but hard challenges.

The second half saw Tetbury playing good football going forward as they tried to break their opposition down, but Cirencester held strong until they gave away a free kick 20 yards out. Up stepped Ant Hillman who struck his shot on target. The Cirencester centre back missed the header, which surprised the keeper and the ball billowed into the back of the net. Tetbury thought the game was won and for ten minutes lost their composure, allowing Cirencester the opportunity to seize the moment and score their three goals. Tetbury tried to get back at Cirencester but ran out of time as the final whistle blew.

Tetbury’s squad included Man of the Match Ruben Scott, Will Marks, Adam Wynter, Daniel Pulley, Forbes Allen, Alex Bryce, Matt Wynter, Joe Hemming, Ant Hillman (Capt), James Warner, Charlie Davies and Harry Stoker who won the Managers Award.

4 October - Tetbury Town 3 - 5 Croft Juniors

Despite dominating the first half of this home game against Croft Juniors, Tetbury’s U15’s went in 1-0 down at half time. For this game Tetbury’s line up included Man of the Match Ant Hillman, Forbes Allen, Ryan Brushneen, Alex Bryce, Charlie Davies, Oliver Dean, Jo Hemming, Will Marks, Daniel Pulley, Harry Stoker, James Warner, Adam Wynter and Matthew Wynter.

Substitute manager Gary Stoker’s encouragement helped Tetbury equalise early in the second half thanks to a clinical finish from Ryan Brushneen. After conceding a second goal, Tetbury equalised again with an excellent penalty from Ant Hillman. Unfortunately the team’s self belief deserted them and they conceded a further three goals. This sparked Tetbury back into life and Charlie Davies finished very well to give Tetbury a third goal. Unfortunately it was too little, too late, despite finishing the stronger of the two sides. The team have the ability and just need self belief.

27 September - Tetbury Town 0 - 7 Ferndale Rodbourne

Another game of two halfs for Tetbury, the first half is where Ferndale got all their goals in and if it wasn't for some strong goal keeping from Will Marks it could have been much worse for Tetbury.

The second half Tetbury found their feet and played some lovely passing football at times, unfortunatley they couldn't find a consulation goal to make the day feel a little bit better. All Tetbury players played well in short spells but we just couldn't manage it collectively, which is what is needed against strong sides.

20 September - Greenmeadow 7 - 2 Tetbury Town

For the first five minutes of the game Tetbury put together some nice football, the trouble started when Tetbury gave a way a free kick 20yds out which green meadow scored from. With this first goal Tetbury then lost their will to keep playing and they allowed Greenmeadow to get right on top and if it wasn't for some good goal keeping by Will Marks Tetbury would have been more than just the five goals down at half time.

After half time Tetbury came out of their shells and started to battle, this soon payed dividends when Tetbury got on the score sheet. A good kick from goalie Will Marks allowed Charlie Davies to get on the end of it and slot it past the keeper. This raised Tetbury's spirits and not long after a second goal came with a well worked move starting from Josh Cox on the right the ball was neatly passed up and accross the pitch for Ryan Brushneen to get on the end of the cross to put the ball into the goal. The come back was short lived when Green Meadow scored two more. For the travelling support it was like watching two different Tetbury sides, the second half side was much more the Tetbury side they were used to watching. MOM:- Alex Bryce MA:-Jo Hemming Training is at Tetbury Recreation ground on Thursdays 6pm til 7:30 if any players would like to come and try out.
