18 April - Tetbury Town 10 – 0 Cricklade

On a hard Tetbury pitch and under baking sun this game began as an even contest until midway through the first half when a calm finish by Sam Raines kick-started Tetbury into life. A further goal from Raines, along with a Lewis Wing strike, gave Tetbury a 3–0 advantage at the break. The second half began well for Tetbury with goals coming at regular intervals. Jake Tilling found the back of the net on two occasions and Callum Poole also chipped in with a nice finish. Josh Giddings finished well in front of goal before Poole and Wing finished the scoring for Tetbury. All credit to both teams and local Referee Trudie Avis for playing and controlling the game well in testing conditions.

Tetbury’s Under 9 squad returned to their winning form on Sunday when they beat Cricklade in a hard fought victory. In the first half Tetbury found themselves a goal down before a Tom Ashley rocket levelled the score just before half time. The second half was evenly contested with chances missed at both ends, but eventually it was Tetbury that sealed victory when Man of the Match Sam Raines showed the rest how to finish in style with a superb shot into the bottom corner. All credit to Cricklade who, despite their lowly position in the league, battled well for the whole match.

7 March - Purton 7 - 0 Tetbury Town

On a day perfect for football, Tetbury Town’s Under 9 squad was well beaten by a strong Purton B side. Tetbury never really got going and found themselves two goals down at the interval. 28 February - Tetbury Town 8-2 Wootton Bassett

Tetbury Town’s U9 squad returned to their winning ways on Sunday with a fine 8-2 win at home against Wootton Bassett B. The game was played in testing conditions on a wet and muddy recreation ground. Tetbury raced into a 4-0 first half lead with goals from Lewis Wing (2) Sam Raines and Tom Ashley. However, Wootton Bassett managed to pull a goal back before half time with a tremendous long range strike. In the second half further goals from Sam Raines, Tom Ashley and a third for Lewis Wing took the Tetbury total to seven. A mix up in defence gave Bassett their second goal of the game by means of an unfortunate own goal and then Josh Giddings finished the scoring for Tetbury with his first goal for the club. No man of the match was awarded because it was a fine all round team performance that saw some excellent football played.

7 February - Swindon Supermarine 3-2 Tetbury Town

Tetbury Town suffered their second successive defeat on Sunday when they travelled away to Swindon Supermarine. On a very testing pitch, which did not lend itself to flowing football, Tetbury was soon a goal down. However, a Lewis Wing strike brought the scores level half way through the first half, but sloppy defending gave Swindon the opportunity to score twice more before half time.

In the second half, Tetbury played much better football that resulted in relentless pressure on the Swindon goal, but unfortunately only produced one more goal from Man of the Match Lewis Wing. Tom Ashley, Sam Raines and Lewis Wing stuck to the task well with tireless running on a sticky surface. A tremendous save from goalkeeper Peter Vater was one of the highlights of a spirited second half. Credit goes to Supermarine who hung on well for their victory, their first of the season.

A great strike from Lewis Wing soon had them back on level terms but further goals from Eldene resulted in a home lead of 3-1. This was enough to kick start Tetbury into action and long range goals from Sam Raines and Jake Tilling, along with another strike from Lewis Wing, took Tetbury into a 4–3 lead. Eldene raised themselves to level again although goals from Raines and Wing sealed it for the visitors. Harry Rodgers put in a Man of the Match performance in defence and received a well-deserved medal from the opposition manager.
